Welcome to the start of our new school year! Registration will be held next week on Monday, August 5, 12:00 - 7:00pm at Unity Junior High or Tuesday, August 6, 7:30am - 2:00pm at Unity East. You may register on either of these dates and we ask you make every effort to attend.

On Tuesday, May 28, Unity East will be hosting our annual Awards Assembly to recognize students for achievement in academics, art, music, and character.
A program with the full list of awards was emailed out and is available to view on the school website.
A reminder that we will have After School Art for 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders this afternoon. Contact the office if there are any changes for students who regularly attend.
To all who are able to chaperone field trips today, thank you for helping - it's appreciated!
East Update: We are excited to be hosting our Family Night and Book Fair tomorrow evening from 4-8pm. We have several exciting presentations, the buy-one-get-one book fair, and the Sidney Dairy Barn. Details on the school website and the flyer sent home. We hope to see you there!
Tomorrow is Crazy Hair Day at Unity East! Come with your best hairdo to celebrate our Fun Friday!
We also have the Cubs/Cards All for Books fundraiser going until Tuesday. Right now Cubs are in the lead with $87.92 and the Cardinals are right behind with $81.37.

Family Volunteer Morning 2019
Great turnout and great results this morning! Thank you to everyone who came out to volunteer this morning - students, families, community, & teachers. Your support and involvement make a difference and are appreciated!
East is excited to host our Family Volunteer Morning from 9-11am tomorrow. Come help clean up the front of the school and enjoy some time volunteering together! Coffee, doughnuts, and water provided. We hope you can join us!

Students had a great Field Day this afternoon! Thank you volunteers and teachers for helping with games! Also, congratulations to our students for reaching their school-wide goal of 12,000 Accelerated Reader points. The prize for their hard work was a visit from Kona Ice!
