If you believe you may be eligible or even if you are uncertain, please complete the application for free/reduced lunch.
If you qualify for free breakfast/lunch, the $145 book rental fee will be waived.
The application is available to download and print below or will be available to fill out at registration. Please contact the school office if you have any questions. This information is kept strictly confidential.

Returning Students
Returning families are able to complete registration and pay fees online.
All information can be submitted using the registration forms below. Fees can be paid through our Mealtime payment service or dropped off at the school. If you are only dropping off a payment, you do not need to make an appointment.
A printed profile of information was mailed to the home of each returning student. Please review information and check for accuracy. If information needs to be updated, please do so when you fill out the student enrollment form.
If you are unable to register online, please schedule an appointment by calling the school office or using the online sign-up.
If you have questions before registration, the Unity East office will be open 7:30am - 2:00pm on Friday, July 30 and Monday, August 2.
