Want to win a full sized candy bar? The sophomore class hid 5 cassette tapes with titles of popular songs from the 80s throughout the 80s hallway. If you can find one, bring it to Mrs. Lindenmeyer in room 17 to collect your candy bar!

Unity will host SJO on Friday night for varsity football with a 7PM kickoff.  Any Unity High School student wanting to come to the game will be allowed to enter without a ticket.

Students will be asked to sit/stand in the WEST end zone (away from the scoreboard).  All students will be inside the fenced in area. Students are encouraged to bring a bag chair to sit in on the field. ALL students must wear a mask at all times and use social distancing. Thanks and hope to see you there on Friday night!  Gates will open at 6:30 for students.

While we might be celebrating our Homecoming this week, we are also raising money for a great cause--the hallways look like sunshine with all that yellow from our Student Council Week Shirts!!  Thanks to all who bought and wore one today!  The winners of today’s raffle are

Jayci McGraw, Andrew Thomas, Gabe Carter.  You can pick up your prize in the office!

Tomorrow is “Decades Day” where you can dress like a flapper from the 20s, a rebel from the 50s, an aerobicizer from the 80s, or your throwback from when you were a kid in the 2010s!  There are so many ways you can dress, it’s just a matter of deciding which decade you’re feeling!  Make sure to decade it up and you can win a prize!

Did you buy a Pura Vida bracelet yet?  All proceeds benefit St. Jude’s, so bring $6 to show those kids how much you care!

Today is our 2nd pork chop lunch of the year!  If you pre-ordered last week, you only need to give your name and pick up your delicious sandwich or meal.  If you didn’t order ahead, you can pick up a sandwich for $5 or a meal for $7 while supplies last.  We will have tables in the hallway at noon for sandwich pick up, or you can drive thru to pick up on the east driveway of the school (by the baseball field).

Voting for King and Queen continues today and goes through Thursday at 3 PM.  ALL students should have received an email in your school email account, so if you don’t, see Mrs. Meyer or Mrs. Sharp.

There will be a livestream of our Homecoming Coronation via the Student Council Facebook page!  Be sure to tune in at 6 PM on Saturday to see our King and Queen crowned!

Check out those hallways decorated by each class!  Which decade do you think is the best?  Now YOU can vote via the Student Council Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter page.  The winning class will be announced on Friday during halftime, so encourage all you know to vote for your class’s hallway!
