Unity East Registration Letter

Dear Unity East Families,

I hope you are finding ways to enjoy your summer and looking forward to a new school year!  Attached in this mailing is information about registration.

Please note that our district will share building-level re-opening plans for each school on  July 31. These will be emailed out and shared on school websites.

Registration for the 20-21 school year will be held on August 4 & 5 at Unity East. Our arrangements will look different this year, with changes in place to limit the number of visitors coming to the school.

Returning families are able to complete their registration and pay fees online. All information can be submitted online using the registration forms on the school website. Fees can be paid online through our Mealtime payment service.

A printed profile of information is included in this mailing. Please review information and check for accuracy. If information needs to be updated, please do so when you fill out the online registration form.

If you are unable to complete your registration online or have a new student (including incoming Kindergarten students) please schedule an appointment to visit the school for registration paperwork and Kindergarten screenings. Appointments can be scheduled using the link on the school website, or by calling the school office  (which opens July 31).

Parents or guardians who choose not to have their child attend for in-person instruction will need to notify individual schools at registration. Students will be provided guided remote learning for the semester.

If you have questions or concerns before registration, the Unity East office will be open 7:30am - 2:00pm on Friday, July 31 and Monday, August 3..

In Partnership,

Jim Carver, Principal
